General Which faction in any RTS is the most "broken" or overpowered?

I watched the old ladder replays of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and I still think Undead was slightly bad back then. Some factions just feel like they came with premium advantage package. Every RTS has that one faction everybody secretly avoids online.

Every RTS community always have one faction everybody fears . For me, it has to be Zerg during old StarCraft days. Once skilled players start rushing with them, your blood pressure goes up immediately. I remember one rainy evening when network was bad, one guy wiped my whole base before I even settled properly. Since then I was so suspicious anytime anyone chooses aggressive factions online . Devs always pretend balance exists but deep down they know that one faction usually has a little advantage somewhere.
