General Which TBS game has the easiest way to learn what each unit ability does?

I was just playing one TBS yesterday night and I swear, the way they explain the unit abilities shocked me. No long story, just small icons that actually make sense. Unlike those ones that would drop textbooks on your head... Sometimes simplicity is everything.

Games that explain the abilities clearly deserve award honestly Some TBS games will throw encyclopedia on your head before you even start the first mission. I actually play games to relax, not defend any thesis.
