General Do you prefer ranked ladders or casual custom games?

Recently, i've been jumping between ranked and custom matches and honestly casual custom games fits in my current mood more. Ranked ladders stress me too much now . One loss and your whole evening spoils instantly. Custom lobbies still have that old-school vibe. People trying weird strategies, random alliances, funny conversations. But there is no pressure.

Ranked ladders started feeling like a second job to me. After dealing with stress, the last thing I need is another source of stress. Custom games have personality. People try nonsense strategies, laugh at mistakes and move on. Ranked matches can make one bad evening worse. You lose a few points and suddenly you're questioning your intelligence. These days I play games to relax, not to feel like I'm defending a PhD thesis.
