I have so much love for this game. The original was probably the main reason I got into gaming in a big way. And the total conversion is superb!

Lost in the Tutorial
The nostalgia alone is enough to get you in. Star Wars: TIE Fighter was definitely the best for its time. I remember playing it on one old PC that needed a slap at the side before it booted. 
That kind of loyalty builds lifetime gamers. Total conversions like this show that kind of passion, but we don't often see that again. In this era where everything is DLC and microtransaction, seeing fans pour heart into preserving classics feels rare.
